The top houses are undisputed. Year after year, when everything is added up and all the awards, philanthropies, events, shows, and grades are added up, five houses are always recognized.

Theta, Tri Delta, Kappa, Gamma Phi, and PiPhi are always the ones that come out on top. Look at the president's trophy awards year after year. These same five houses win everything.

The only disputes come from houses that want to be a top house and think whining is how you get there.

Chi O isn't a top house for other reasons too - they don't recruit well, they don't win honors on campus, etc.

facts are facts - XO and Aphi may raise the most money in a fundraising event or a come in 2nd in a show, but they don't get honored for their entire year of activities like the other top houses do.

The presidents trophy awards honor the houses that have the most events and the most success and the highest grades and the most girls that are active on campus. Houses that put so much emphasis on only one show or one event are not the top houses. Even though it seems like they spend enough time on here to have done a few more activities. ha ha

The top houses are Theta, Tri Delta, Kappa, Gamma Phi, and Pi Phi. There isn't any question about the top tier but you can move the first 3 houses around depending on what you're looking for.

Yes, there is no question that they are the top houses. I personally would put Tri Delta first but you have to give credit to Theta for winning President's Trophy.

Everyone knows which houses are the top houses. I wish everyone would stop posting the stupid rankings. When you see any other listing of the top five it's not the truth.

Yes. On campus there isn't any contest between the top houses and the bottom houses. Everyone knows. But there is a lot more collegiality between the houses than on here. Most of the houses get along pretty well.

I saw that there the same person bumped up a ton of her old posts. I didn't bother to read them but the top houses are the ones in this post - KKG, KAT, DDD, GPB, and PBP.

Regardless of what you might read on this site, the president's trophy is what determines the best houses - not because of winning it, but because of doing all the things leading up to winning. It chronicles the entire year of activities and only the houses with tons of activities can win even one section of the award. So congratulations to Theta, Tri Delta, Gamma Phi and Pi Phi for winning this year and to the same houses plus Kappa for last year.

This is absolutely true. The girls in the top houses are keenly aware of what is needed to compete for President's Trophy. They work constantly through the year on all aspects of their sorority to increase their chances. All the work they do makes them top houses and the President's Trophy just recognizes that work.
