Theres a date party called PTK for a reason. Top three houses are PTK (in no particular order) Pi Phi, Theta, and Kappa. But I will say Chi O is top too but its just been tradition (and Tri Delt)
Tradition never lies. And things do change, but if youre looking for constant change then greek life probably isn’t for you.

I dont think pi phi gets enough credit for living on this site theyre constantly a “top two” house even though theyre not and no one talks ab it. Chi O is better
