Yes, there are 3 tiers

Top: Kappa, Theta, ChiO, PiPhi
Mid: DDD, AXO, APhi
Bottom: GPhi, AOII, DG, AGD
All houses are still great, for so many different reasons. Some PNMS desire a top house, and some don’t!
