Most consider pi phi mid level.
Tri delt has horrible returns this year...
Kappa had girls from my HS that are so mean. But kappa is always One of the most desired houses.
So this rank is so far off it’s crazy. There are 3 tiers. Top 2 can switch depending on the year. Straight facts.

Oh, and you forgot to mention that Chi O did a huge spring rush recently because over 12 girls dropped from their PC 19-Chi O clearly doesn't belong on the top line, but nice try

DDD has horrible return rates. Idk about XO. Also heard Pi Phi did terrible.

I'm not in any of the houses mentioned, but theses comments make me laugh because nobody really knows the return rates for each house, so it's always based on rumors started by other jealous, insecure houses
