kappa open house?

I am not in a top house and do not know any Kappas but I love watching design shows and reading decorating magazines. I am asking this question because I don’t actually know. When Kappa is done with their house will they have an open house or anything for people to see it? I would love to see it but I’m not friends with anyone I could ask.
