Chi O just took 15 girls for spring rush, so definitely not a top tier house!!

ChiO took 9. I heard their national makes them take members to pay the dues and for the house. I wouldn't say that makes them a bad house because they've had people leave to transfer to other schools or go into nursing. Yes new members dropped but we all had new members drop. Sadly you can't find out everything about PNMs before bid day and sometimes people leave OU as sad as that is. My own house has had girls take bids who couldn't actually afford the dues and it really was awful when they dropped because now they had to be replaced and also we could have given that bid to a different girl who might have stayed.
