PiPhi has established name recognition in Texas, girls don’t know anything about the house but since they’ve heard of it they rank it high during rush.

Agree that pi phi has good name recognition because pi phi is good at school in Texas.

I don’t hate Pi Phi and actually cut Pi Phi. Most of my friends did too. But they aren’t considered top 3. Maybe they are lower top tier. But they get the girls from my HS that have it as their only “top” choice left. Who got cut from kappa, theta and even Chi O. It’s actually how my hometown views Tri delt too. Not first choice but usually 4th or 5th choice which makes them lower top tier.
A good solid house but definitely not top.

i normally ignore posts & dont comment but just cant this time with the ridiculous post above (who btw is one of the people on here always bashing pi phi) EVERYONE knows that pi phi, chi o & tri delt killed kappa & theta during recruitment this year, so her comment is comical. Nobody wanted kappa or theta during the most recent rush and they got the leftovers that pi phi chi o and Tri delt didnt want #TRUTH & everyone knows it

I totally agree w the poster above. I cut Kappa and Theta and so did all of the popular girls from my high school. We all chose PiPhi ChiO and TriDelt over Kappa and Theta.

I got cut from Pi Phi but can honestly say I had no desire to pledge Pi Phi! It’s a great house just was not for me but I do agree Chi-o and DDD are higher then Theta and Kappa. I liked houses considered mid tier Way better then Kappa, Pi Phi or Theta from day 1! Just my opinion, there is a place for everyone and our Greek System is great! This is not meant to bash Pi Phi bc I know girls in the house I do like a lot.

The posts you see saying that are really written by one lady. She is a XO alum with a daughter in AXO. She keeps posting about those houses saying XO is a top house and AXO is the top of the middle. Not true.
