agree that ranks are evening out. There is a small divide but agree that there are just 2 levels. not in any particular order but this is the two tiers now

Every house at OU has smart girls, pretty girls, kind girls, super social girls, involved girls, shy girls, religious girls, loyal friend girls, wealthy girls, socially connected girls, talented girls, athletes, I could go on. Some houses have more of one quality than another. What you consider a “good” quality influences how you evaluate a house. One person may think looks and social is most important and kindness and loyalty aren’t so important. Others think money and social class are most important. That’s what makes our system great is there’s a home for almost everybody although I wish there was another house so everybody who wants a bid could have one.
Based in my definition of good, which you are all free to disagree with, there are 2 tiers:
DDD, XO, Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta
GPhi, AXO, APhi, DG, AOPi, AGD

Almost agree. I think some of the "top tier" houses that keep getting listed don't belong there. They are there ONLY on name, not the quality of the house and the things that have been going on the past several years. I am not going to be one of those who bashes a specific house but I think that just because a house is an old "top tier" house doesn't give them a free pass in the top tier forever...because there are a few who don't belong anymore. Other houses have stepped it up and are involved more so than a few of the old top tier houses. That's my 2 cents

@boomer this is the absolute 100 percent truth! No need for calling out houses like you said but change occurs and there is nothing wrong with that! It will be more evident in the next few years! Houses building momentum won't be able to be dis-respected any longer! What is sad is that girls are so self involved that they can't be happy that Ou has a growing amazing greek system!

Both replies are spot on...everyone needs to stop debating and getting upset that things have evened out. There is no longer a top 5. There are 7-8 houses that all pretty equal. And any that are below are barely below. I know it hurts certain houses feelings because they they “think” they’re better than others but they are not and it really angers them. Which is why they post such unbelievable hate on here.

I have Thetas I love but they are not a top house anymore. They will always be somewhat strong bc they have so many legacies in OKlahoma but noone I know had this remotely in their top 5 except a few girls and they haf already made their mind up before rush. Oklahoma alums will not except that there are new houses coming up that recruit well and evening things out! Im not poiting fingers at Thetas but the "supposed top 5" in general! All the houses are great and a few are making a run on PNM's...this is a Great thing for OU!
