Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at The University of Oklahoma - OU 1.3 is not top tier. what a joke. when i came through rush JUST THIS LAST YEAR alpha phi was nowhere near top. i ranked it right at the bottom along with AGD and AOPI... it's not top tier, pi phi is still top 4, and a phi is still just "one of the alphas"
