Top house on campus! Pi phi’s are good looking, smart, fun, social girls. They won homecoming and u-sing this year, have the best sisterhood, always rated top in grades, super involved on campus, and is one of the few houses where the girls are all actually friends with each other. Seems like they will be the most desired house for rush again.

has a very bad retention rate, sisterhood, and always comes in dead last in grades. this seems like a last resort for girls who get cut from the top 5 houses and still want to be in one. they gave multiple girls bids on bid day who didn’t even go through rush. they only let a select amount of girls talk to girls during recruitment and send the others home or to their rooms… if this is your last option I would rush again in the spring or next year

AXO’s love to live on this site upranking themselves and trying to make them look better than they are. They are ranked 6th at best and everyone on campus as well as pnm’s know that. Just because you have a new house does not mean it will make more top tier girls want to rush your chapter. It matters on what girls are rushing them…

this house lacks quality sisterhood and has a serious mean girl problem. the girls are all constantly mean to one another as well as others on campus. kappa will continue to fall if they keep rushing mean girls. no one wants to be a part of a house where they feel like they don’t belong.
