They always put on the best rush. They're the most prepared and always make the girls feel the most welcome. It's a fact. Just wait until skit round. This is where bottom and top tier are extremely obvious. I'm not saying bottom houses don't have good rushes. But you'll never meet a pnm who doesn't want to be in a top house after skit.

Actives will get on here and self rank their butts off trying to convince pnms they're the best and blah blah. But pnms will really be able to tell which sororities are top when it comes time for skit rounds. I went to bottom, middle, and top houses during skit. The difference was night and day. Yes all houses were energetic and fun, but OMG top houses have amazing skits.
