An active I met once and exchanged numbers added me on snap chat a while ago...I didn't realize until recently when I noticed I was seeing any of her stories that I deleted her..I don't know her well at all to add her back and tell her it was an accident...will she think I'm rude?

Chances are, the active knows you deleted her and she is probably thinking you did it to hide inappropriate stories. If you guys are close enough, you can send her a text apologizing for deleting her and laugh it off. But if you hardly know her, you are better off just letting it go and not adding her back.
