Tri delt is still 50% Mississippi girls, but they have lots of girls from Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville and other larger southern cities.
Most sororities have girls from the above mentioned cities as well. The university recruits hard in these areas, so the general Greek population over time reflects the overall student body dynamics.
