Can only the girls a year older than the pnm's have rush crushes? Or can it be any of the actives?
And can they have multiple Rush crushes and not just one???

The sophomores are usually the ones who will be up front and rushing. They are the ones who will know the most girls going through rush.
Juniors will only rush those girls they personally know. Same with seniors. It will be harder for the juniors and seniors to get their girls through because the sophomores are the ones voting.
But the juniors and seniors will know more of the rush team and officers who have greater power when it come to deciding the order of the lists.
A rush crush is someone you want so bad that you are willing to step up for and take responsibility for. We won't necessarily take someone we don't know personally under our wings because if they do get a bid and embarrass our sorority, we will have to take personal responsibility for them. For example. If your rush crush receives a bid, then ends up on bid day getting fall down drunk, BOTH of us will lose our social privileges.

You sorority crazies will froth at the mouth at my response.....but get a hold of yourself. I just read the post and the response and thought do I really want to be around women (silly girls) like this? Please tell me all sororities are not like this.

@neebie. Every sorority is different. Voting procedures are secret. All you will get out of us are generalities. You will drive yourself crazy with questions like this!
@iknow. If you don't like the questions or the responses, please feel happy not to rush. There are plenty of women who choose not to be a part of the Greek system. It's a choice. Nobody is throwing our lifestyle choices down your throat!

Depends on what sorority you are in.
Often when ones favorite girl gets cut, or doesn't return after a round, we will shift our focus on other girls.
I had four girls I loved. One didn't have the grades and was cut after philanthropy. One was cut because we knew she wanted another house (see why you don't tell anyone your preference?), and one was cut because the alumni didn't like her (even though she had the support of the actives) In the end, my focus was all in one girl. I was so happy to see her on bid day.

I thought everyone voted and some houses the alumni even chose who got invited back?
