cheerleaders/pageant girls

There are sororities who look for the looks of pageant girls and cheerleaders. Some look for girls who will compete in pageants and cheer to make the sorority look better. But connections are most important. You shouldn't worry about what other PNMs do. Focus on being the best version of yourself. If you have a good resume with activities and a 3.0+, you look well put together, and have some connections you'll be fine

If cheer and pageants aren't your thing at all, then don't worry about it! There are PLENTY of girls in every house who didn't cheer or don't do pageants. You won't be alone! Did you play another sport? It won't look as good if you didn't do anything at all, but you won't get dropped solely because you weren't a cheerleader or a pageant girl. Houses don't want every member to have been those things. They want a variety. Focus on the positive things that you do have, not the things you see that other PNMs have that you don't.
