At no point will most fraternities look at your resume. You just need to meet guys when you get to school. That's what the pre rush period is for.

Dunno about resumes but all require at least 2.5 gpa to go through formal rush. Top fraternities require even higer gpa. You need contacts for top frats and most mid tier too.
