What makes a girl a "top girl" from a state? Like someone was saying earlier the top girls from Texas and top girls from Georgia...
Is it looks, personality, grades or a combo of all???
Do they have to have connections also that makes a girl a "top pick" from OOS

Top girls from their state will come from good, well known families. Most will have attended private schools. All will come highly recommended by alumni in their area.
