how come adpi is already building their house in less than five years if aphi won't have one for at least 5 years?

There was space for adpi to build a house. Have you been on campus? Where would alpha phi put a house? Plus, chi psi is next in line to have a house if they can generate nationals support. That's why I'm saying itll be at least 5 years before alpha phi will have a house.

Alpha Phi will build a new house next to adpi. Don't know the time line but it will be sooner than 5 years.
