minimum gpa for rushing fraternity

I read that the minimum GPA to get initiated to a fraternity is a 2.5, is that for high school GPA or current GPA at Ole Miss?

and another question- i didnt want to make another post- how does formal recruitment for fraternities work? is it similar to the way sororities do it?
