by: pls don't go off on meeveryone woman in my family was DG at ole miss, two of them were presidents of their chapters, i have a good resume and I'd say I have a like able personality, but I am in the yellow zone. do I have a chance at all to get a bid from DG? I'm open minded I'd be honored to get a bid from any sorority, I'm just curious pls be nice :)

The fact that you are a legacy and two women in your family are presidents is amazing!! That will help you a lot!! :)
Now, for the GPA I'd be a little worried but every house has grade risks (they care about their legacies too). Now, to go along with your GPA... What's your resume like? Were you on a team? Did you hold a leadership position? How involved are you? If you're super involved that will help you if your GPA is a problem!

I haven't been participated in sports at my school because I do a lot of community service. I've been a counselor at a summer camp and I've done a lot with the Good News Club in Memphis. I have been on the homecoming court for my school and I went to the rotary leadership conference my junior year. plus things like student council.

You'll be fine for involvement then. Especially if you held a leadership position!

you are giving out wayyyyyy to much information...someone is going to easily be able to figure out exactly who you are and they are going to remember who you are when they see you come through rush. "that is the DG legacy who posted that question on greek rank". i don't mean to freak you out, just don't give out very much information at all on this website!!

it's a 2.97. I was so close to a 3.0 it makes me sick :( rush is getting close so I am pretty worried.
