There will be fraternities that you won't be invited back to automatically because you are from the north and lack connections. But there are others with plenty of northern guys in them. If you have a 3.0+ you will likely get a bid to at least chi psi, the new frat on campus. Like the other guy said, try to keep above a 3.3 if you want better chances of getting invited back to more frats. Getting into ole miss isn't hard. What's your GPA and ACT or SAT score?

Thanks a lot for your answer man, be honest here. Are the top fraternities the ones that will reject the northern kids or can I still join a fraternity that will be a top tier
