I know we need a lot of letters of support but how many - I don't want to be overkill

You don't need a lot. 2 is a good number. If the letter of support is from an adviser or former officer, then 1 will due just fine.

It's good!

We were told at least three per house. (Some houses you won't need that many).

If there is a house you really really want, I suggest 4 or more.

You girls keep thinking there is some magical formula to getting a bid! There's not!

Most girls who go through recruitment end up with a bid. The exception would be grade risks or girls with terrible reputations.

If you have good grades and a good reputation, you have a 95% chance of receiving a bid. And an even greater chance of receiving a bid to alpha phi after formal recruitment.
