you and I are on the same boat! I am really happy Phi Mu isn't ridiculously hard to get into like XO, KD, and DDD.(at least that is my understanding from what I have found). I am a legacy for Phi Mu and my sister knows a national advisor and her sisters will write my letters.
We have a few weeks to network before rush week. Meet as many Phi Mu's as you possibly can and make good friends with them. At any school, connections are key. I am so happy Ole Miss doesn't do rush until the first away game! It makes it a little bit easier.
Just put your best foot forward and you will do great during rush week! Best of luck to you! Hope Phi Mu gives you a bid!

when rush week gets here you will change your mind. I did the same thing last year and even preffed at Phi Mu but ended up choosing another house. their rush really let me down. it wasn't up to par with the other sororities.

but it is important to keep an open mind TO ALL house regardless of tiers and what we want. I have been told to erase all of that out of your mind during rush week. I would LOVE a bid from Phi Mu to carry the legacy on but there is still that chance I may not fit in with them or they could drop me. During rush week, we won't have time to be upset. I truly hope we go where we are meant to be! Best of luck to you!

I'm sorry. I understand how rush week works at Ole Miss to a certain extent. When you "pref" a house that means it is your number one house right? but you can still pick a different house?
Also, how many houses do we go to for each round (if we are invited back to see that max number of houses?)
