Okay, for pref you will only be invited back to AT MOST 2 houses. You go to both houses and then you go to the location where they tell you to go when it's time to vote. You have to rank the house 1st or 2nd. RANK BOTH!!! Even if you don't like one of the houses you went to, write down both!!! You never know! You might love your second choice (you get in the house you're meant to be in, it's true).
Here's an example: You go to ABC and XYZ for pref. You love ABC and you're content with XYZ. After visiting both houses you go to where the Gamma Chi's tell you to go for voting. You sit down with a sheet, there are blanks for 1st and 2nd for preference. You write down ABC for your 1st choice and XYZ for your 2nd choice.
The instructions on the sheet you get tells you to put all the houses that you went to for pref. If you only went to one, write only that one down. If you went to two, write both down. Don't suicide.
