out of state transfer

What do houses like Phi Mu, Kappa, Pi Beta Phi, ADPi etc look for? I'd like to make myself I have great grades, a lot of involvement at my current school as well as in my local community with volunteering and charities. I also won't be graduating in two years, so I could give them more. I don't know if that is worth mentioning
I am a legacy too, if that helps my case out lol.
I know that with my age and not being a freshman, my options are very limited, so any constructive advice that can help me is greatly appreciated!

Also, I am not just trying to get in those houses I listed above. I'm open to any Panhellenic sorority. I feel like I have a lot to offer, it just be hard because I'm not a freshman :/

Being a legacy does help but you need to make friends within the houses or contact alumni that could mention your name! However, if you're an all around good girl with a 3.0+ you should be okay!
