of 2015. Literally know one has an answer to this, probably not even the president of panhellenic. Usually a couple weeks after class starts. Was 2nd-3rd week of september last year. Sometimes sooner and sometimes later

They will wait until after the football schedule is set. They will schedule recruitment for a weekend the rebels are either playing an away game or having a bye week.
