Yes and no. Some say yes it's standard to include it and others say no, it's tacky.

Traditionally sororities looked to make sure you could afford to pay dues. Your parents occupation provides clues as to whether or not you can afford the huge price tag of belonging to a sorority.

On most sorority rec forms, the alumni writing the rec is asked whether or not you can afford to pay dues. Seriously! Sororities don't want girls to have to drop out because of money issues. If the alumni writing your rec knows the answer to this question, it isn't necessary to put this on your résumé, but if you are getting a rec from somebody who doesn't know your family, this information is important.
