If you are an out of state student what are the best sororities to join? I'm looking for a friendly group of girls, some partying, community and campus involvement and just a fun and friendly atmosphere! I would be a freshman this coming fall..

There's a difference between OOS in Alabama and OOS in Ohio. Southern girls typically have a better shot at top houses. And like the other answerer said, you'll find those qualities in every house. There will be tons of partiers and honors students in each house. It's just about finding where you feel comfortable and happy
