What you need for an awesome resume:
1) A good GPA
2) Involvement- community service, clubs, sports teams, etc.
Honestly, I can't tell you what "stands out". Your time to stand out is during rush, not on your resume. If you're involved with a GPA of 3.0 and higher then you're good.

Top sororities are looking for a gpa above a 3.0. They want at least 2 extra curricular activities, volunteer hours, and at least one leadership position.
That is a basic résumé. I'm serious when I say that some girls turn in 5 pages of résumé!
Include your picture on the first page so they can put a face with the résumé.
