national ranks

Theta and pi phi are very good nationally so why are they ranked so low here?

Every sorority chapter at any school is rated based on that campus. You can't compare campuses.

Theta and pi phi might be good at a few other schools but that doesn't mean they are good everywhere. I know they are botton tier at most southern schools with reps for partying.
