new rankings

This rush was very unusual. The rankings for fraternities and sororities have begun to change. Greek life runs in cycles. Some house being to deter while others spring forward. Here is my take on what thing slook like after last weekend.
Fraternities
Top: EX, ATO, KA
Upper Middle: EN, KE, Phi Delt
Middle: Pike, Phi Psi, Beta
Lower Middle: Sigma Pi, SAE, Phi Tau
Bottom: Delta Psi, PKP, Chi Psi
Sororities
Top: KD, Chi-O
Upper Tier: Tri-Delt, Phi Mu, KKG
Middle: DG
Lower Tier: Pi Phi, AOPI
Bottom: ADPI, Theta
Note: I See ADPI jumping to middle tier once their house in complete.\n\n\n\n\n

^^^no way is right! but a big difference this go around is that the new asst dean of students over Panhellenic is an ADPi. It sure seems apparent that influence is playing into things. Yeah, the old ADPi house is now the honors college and the old Zeta house is now the nutrition bldng-Lenoir. Both folded in the late '80s & early '90s.

Did you even read my post? Nationals was strong when they failed! That doesn't mean anything. Their huge pledge class was mainly, not totally, but mainly, other sororities' leftovers. They were allowed to have that many to catch up with chapter total. We have no idea how many will drop. They have EVERYTHING done for them...as the above poster said, the Assistant Dean of Students over Panhellenic is an ADPI and when they come crying, they get what they want. No wonder the

I would put Phi Psi up a tier. The last 2 years their pledge class has been awesome. Very cool gorgeous guys in this pledge class. Got one of the biggest pledge classes this year and the boys are hot and very sweet. I heard they got the best OOS guys this year! I don't have a clue why you would put them behind PIKE..

Look at Ole Miss demographics. Many students are Out of state now. It is absolutely ridiculous to judge a Greek organization by the percentage of Mississippi students. To the guys who consider themselves better because they come from MS, you need a reality check. If you meet a gorgeous, sweet, smart, funny OSS girl, are you going to say to yourself, "No, I think I'll pass on that one. I'll go find one of her sisters from Mississipi, instead." We are judging the quality of the guys in your fraternity by, well, the quality of the guys. Are they good looking? Are they fun? Are they gentlemen? Are they smart? That is how a girl judges quality.

But DG's pledge class is beyond boring, just like the rest of the sorority. This isn't the 1800's. It's college at a major public university. If you think kkg is too "wild" to be a good sorority, then you're living in the wrong century.

Agreed on ATO. An awesome guy from the chapter at our college transferred to Ole Miss. A real brother and well-liked guy. From what we hear, a total different frat at Ole Miss, they have not been welcoming and clicks within the frat.

times have changed...that happened before OOS literally doubled OM student-body... ADPi has strong national rep... therefore OOS pnms may be more likely to choose ADPi over another mid-lower-tier OM sorority...which explains their huge pledge class this year... girls obviously ranked ADPi higher than other sororities...but without the boom in OOS... you'd be right.
