Going to the bars and looking for guys to party with are two reasons most girls join sororities. That's not a negative strike against Kappa.

Theta is not behind ADP. Just wondering what you all have against Theta so much. Their house is doing great! They are involved in everything, they love their sisters and are happy to be who they are. I know a lot of the girls and they are very classy and fun to be around. I'm sure they have some wonderful new pledges just like every other sorority on campus!

^^^ yup I really cannot believe that I have read the most shallow and condescending comment ever. Omg, are you seriously judging those girls simply on their outward appearance only that is supposed to meet some contrived, subjective standard developed by you and our culture? Personally, I see some beautiful young ladies. I much prefer to judge them based upon their entire person such as character, scholarship, leadership, and commitment. You can't judge those aspects by a Bid Day pic. . If you aren't a Theta, then how would you know what kind of new members the chapter was looking for anyway? Please, love your chapter and enjoy every moment you have during your four years, but don't look to tear others down. What if that was you someone else was commenting about?? Would it feel so good? Maybe you've been blessed and have never in your life had to be on the receiving end of a not so glowing comment, but I guarantee you that it will happen at some point. How will you handle it?

Every time I walked by for class, their rush chair (?) was screaming at someone...I know it's a stressful time but they were in the tent in the Grove where God and everyone could hear. Luckily they'll have a house next year! Props to the girls for getting an awesome pledge class...they had a lot of obstacles to overcome for sure.

So I'm not the only one who noticed that! Except every time I went by she was being sassy to one of the older ladies helping!!! It does get rough during rush though that's for sure.
