What were some indicators that you actually didn't have a good round when you thought you did?...

Many time when you meet the president or some other officer, it's not a good sign. It's a sign that they are on the fence about you and decisions need to be made.

That's not at all true. Most of the time, if the president, officer, or member of rush team is showing you attention it is because you are a priority girl and they value your being there.

I have heard of of >1 house where this can mean they value you or it can mean that the person talking to the pnm really needs help because the pnm is pretty awkward.

Last year I was cut by exactly two houses. In one I met the president and their Panhellenic rep. In the second I met just about every member of their recruitment team. I thought I was one of their favorites, but I guess I wasn't.

Honestly don't worry about it, unless you have a friend or sibling currently active in the sorority at ole miss you won't know. In my sorority if the president or officer comes to you that can mean good things or nothing at all but usually good. Dont stress please! Even if you get cut, youre a better fit for another house anyways. Good luck!

I agree with 2nd poster and disagree with first! You won't know until you get your cuts and then you still will never know why anyone cut you. Just move on. Good luck!

Some houses didn't bump tonight. Other houses everyone will bump the same amount.

Please stop worrying, honestly you will not know and like the second poster said, anything but from the mouth of the horse (which is silent week so you cant get) will be wrong. PNMs are supposed to be clueless during rush, just relax and do your best, the rest is up to the actives.

Honestly, if a president or officer comes over to you, just make a good impression!! If they are thinking you might not be right, change their minds! Don't just assume it means you're going to get cut

girl! just be yourself! engage them in conversation, say something that you as an individual so they know who you are and they will remember you
