rush second time

If you rushed fall of 2013, dropped out, but would like to go out again this fall, does a rushee need to send all the reference letters and letters of recommendation in to all the sororities again or what? Are letters by chance kept on file from previous year or discarded.

You need to get new letter or ask for your references to send another. They do not have them on file.
