Here are my predictions for how I think the houses will stack up in the next few years:

Top tier:
Tridelt
Chi O
DG/KD

Upper middle:
Kappa/Phi Mu

Middle:
Pi Phi/AOPi

Upper bottom:
Theta

Bottom:
ADPi
Alpha Phi/Zeta

The Op is saying that while DG is top tier, that Phi Mu and Kappa deserve better than mid tier status. It also raises Pi Phi and AOPi from the bottom tier into an acceptable mid tier. I see what you are doing! This actually works.

i don't think there will be an upper middle tier... and if anything kappa will be above dg and kd and xo will be tied
