variable quota

Is Ole Miss still using variable quota or do all houses have the same quota this year? I know that numbers are down again, but there are only 10 houses left. I saw a post a while ago saying that not using variable quota would mean that houses would end up with girls that they normally wouldn't take. I totally disagree with this because if you look at it from another perspective, those same houses would take the girls that they historically pledge, if that makes sense. I think that going back to the old system would be better for all in that you aren't punishing the larger sororities by restricting their numbers and are allowing them to take the girls that they really want. What do ya'll think?
