So im transferring from Arizona State University next year and I will be a Sophomore when I get to Ole Miss. I have heard great things about the Greek Life at Ole Miss but I was curious on what Fraternities have the best brotherhood and who is considered the top houses.

Fraternities are much less popular here than they were in the past. Only 500 men went through rush this year. That should tell you something about Ole Miss frat. life.

best brotherhood is subjective, top houses are sigma nu, sigma chi, phidelt, ka

neither take sophomores. neither would consider you unless you are a legacy or from one of the hometowns around here they recruit based on and have many actives.

few frat houses rush sophomores. they will be your bottom houses. as far as if it's worth rushing a bottom house, that'll depend on you. some wouldn't dare do it, others have and love it.

Not exactly accurate info from the “wait what” poster. I know a few guys who were sophomores when I rushed awhile back who went top tier, it all depends on who you know/legacy/connections. Definitely way less of a common occurrence but it does happen. If you’re cool with a bunch of guys in certain houses like you say, then give it a shot man! Won’t hurt to try.
