i heard deke and delta chi are colonizing?

I heard Deke and Delta Chi are colonizing here. Is this true? Anybody have any information on that?

I haven't heard this yet. Deke has come and go many times - I don't think they've ever been successful - so idk if they are willing to try again

DKE does still own a house on campus that they rent to another fraternity, so it's possible.

The house between Phi Psi and Phi Delt. Not sure what frat is there now.

DEKE is a tradition that will NEVER come back at Ole Miss and so is SAE.

SAE had their chance to come back. They had a great pledge class full of legacies and they blew it due to stupid hazing issues. They will never bounce back from this. This was a great chapter at Ole Miss full of great traditions
