what can theta and adpi do to hold a better rush?

I see a lot of people say alpha phi and other lower tier sororities do much better than them bc they don’t know how to properly hold rush. What exactly are they doing wrong or where can both of them do better? I have a few theta friends who have said they’ve been working a lot harder with rush practices this year to hold a rush but they’re not sure if the changes being made will be effective. What exactly are they doing wrong ?
