Has anybody ever gone into pref wanting a bottom tier hpuse over a higher tier house? Or choosing a bottom tier instead of a different tier? Just curious to hear experiences.

Yes, it happened to me! I’m from OOS and I just felt more comfortable in my house. I love it!
