fraternity rush

I’m an out of state student coming to Ole Miss next year. Knowing that I’m not from MS and don’t know many people there, I understand that I will almost certainly not be receiving a bid for snu, sigma chi or the other traditional “top tier” fraternities. However I would still like to rush, so which of the “middle tier” fraternities are most accepting to oos kids? And are any of them that much better than the others?

top tier = legacy based
mid tier = who you know

don't want to sugar coat it, even though you have a chance anywhere, your shot at a top tier is nearly impossible and mid tier is very slim.
