Congratulations to Tri-Delt for top GPA for Fall 2017 with a GPA of 3.414. Next in order of GPA is: Chi-O 3.40; KD 3.38; Phi Mu 3.25; DG 3.233; Kappa 3.231; AOPi 3.23; Pi Phi 3.22; ADPi 3.03; Theta 2.973; Alpha Phi 2.79.
The Overall GPA for each sorority is: KD 3.45; Chi-O 3.44; DDD 3.38; Phi Mu 3.31; DG 3.30; AOPi 3.28; Kappa and Pi Phi 3.23; ADPi 3.12; Theta 3.08; Alpha Phi 2.94.

GPA does not measure intelligence. An IQ test is actually the predictor of intelligence. Unfortunately, there are plenty of idiots with high GPAs - just look around. A high GPA can be a predictor of dedication or just an easy curriculum.
Greek organizations would fair better taking into consideration the moral character of potential members.

Honesty most Ole Miss students have a lot of common sense but when it comes to real intelligence in the classroom they are dumb as hell. I'm only here because it's easy and I have a full ride, haha.

I think it started with an honest genuine question... why are our grades lower than other similar southern schools? I for one am proud of what we do but think there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to grades. We can and should do better.

how on earth does it not measure any sort of intelligence? sure major has to be taken into account but I don't think i've ever met someone with a high gpa that was an idiot
