Obviously the hardest to get a bid from are KD/Tri delt/Chi O. They only take girls they know. the easiest to get a bid from are ADPI/ Alpha Phi/ Theta. They take all the girls who got cut from other houses. That sounds harsh but if you’ve gone through both sides of recruitment you know it’s true.

not entirely true....i preffed one of those houses that you say are the ones who take girls cut from every every other house up against what everyone on here calls a “middle tier” house. in actual life none of these tiers matter. i went where i felt most at home with, and my social life has not hindered bc i ran home to a “low house”. to any pnms reading, they only place tiers really matter is on this site, and anyone who really goes off of what this site says is just sad

Every experience is different. I preffed a "top tier" house and a "mid tier" house. I was cut at some point during the week by a "bottom tier" house. After pref, I ranked the "mid tier" house first, and I am now a happy member.

Variable Quota determined how 'hard or easy' it was to get into each sorority. KD, DDD and Chi-O had the lowest quota so technically that would make them the hardest to get into. Next would be DG, Phi MU, Pi Phi and AOPi which each had the quota of around 110. Kappa and Theta came next with quotas of 135. Alpha Phi had a quota of 160 which would have made them the easiest to get in, but that's also because they are newer and variable quota gave them the chance to catch up to everyone else.

I also called this person out on another thread. She has absolutely no idea what the exact quota is for each group. She is just guessing.

You Moms are idiots, the quotas were known by most of us going through recruitment.

Yes!! Finally a legitimate answer on this site. As a member of a sorority with a larger quota to fill: I hate it. We are forced to take girls we don’t want and who don’t want to be at our house and ultimately dropped. It should be Abolished ASAP.

@Seriously, you obviously have no understanding of why variable quota was necessary or a true understanding of sisterhood. The sorority with the largest quota was Alpha Phi and that was necessary because they were new. Next was ADPi and Theta, both were struggling to recruit and retain members, so if you are in one of those sororities you should be grateful variable quota is allowing your sorority to catch up and possibly keep your sorority from falling so far behind in recruitment it would not be possible to save it.

Next is your apparent lack of sisterhood. Anyone who is invited to your sorority should be given the full benefit of the bonds of sisterhood and your attitude is not productive. I would hate to think I joined a sorority and then find out my sisters did not want me. Maybe if you made an effort to be more welcoming your new sisters would not be dropping.

This entire thread is just another Mom starting the tier battles...again. They will keep Greekrank busy for the next 8 months with these same questions over and over, just so they can bash other sororities. It's just the way they work, because apparently they don't actually work.
