They are. the DGs are trying to knock them down because know Chi O doesn’t care that much about ranks. If you haven’t noticed, DGs stay on greekrank and dislike anything that puts them anything below top tier/ anything that shows that they are irrelevant. I guess DG is just salty that Chi O won theta encore this year instead of them and must go on greekrank to prove themselves more worthy of Chi O LOL

This is a very weird statement... I would no blame DG for Chi o's downfall. They have no one to blame but themselves. They exclusively take 80% legacies , and when they start getting weird pledge classes and nobody but their legacies want them... it is somehow DG's fault.
There is just two now in the top tier... KD and tri delt....nobody cares that much about chi o.
DG is still the next level down regardless with the rest of sorority row
