I'm a freshman, so I really have to base my opinion on current pledge classes, because that's mostly who I've been exposed to. First, I must say that there are unattractive girls in every group. OM sororities don't seem to completely base selections off of looks. A lot is based on connections, legacy status, which high school you went to, etc.
That being said, I am basing this on the biggest percentage of "pretty girls." Top 4 are KD, DG, KKG, and Alpha Phi. There are very few unattractive girls in their pledge classes. Next would be DDD, Phi Mu and Pi Phi. Last would be AOP, ADP, XO and Theta.

alpha phi does have a bunch of hot girls (since that's what their nationals focuses on) but even they have their fair share of less attractive girls who they just don't advertise. Now that GR has taken the "looks" criteria away, all of their rankings are going to be pretty grim.

DG is far from hot try again mommy. Kappa is pretty though.
