I think a guy's perspective could be different. They are probably looking at attractiveness and genuineness.

This is actually pretty close based on my rush group's (and most PNMs I talked to) desired houses. Here's how I would rank based on based on most desired by most PNMs this past rush:
KD/DG/DDD
KKG/PM
XO
PBP
AP/AOP
ADP
Theta
I ended up pledging a house listed in the middle and I'm very happy.

I am not a boy but I have heard a lot of them say that tri delts overall aren't pretty and that they are weird... they are for sure ranked top but maybe not in the perspective of a frat guy.
