by: RebI think it's interesting that people are starting to say Chi O isn't top tier anymore and honestly I agree. Not because any house is replacing them so to say. It's just because they have made themselves irrelevant. They're very exclusive but not very desired so it counteracts. Don't get me wrong, every single girl who is in Chi O wanted Chi O and Chi O wanted them. But girls from anywhere other than Memphis/Jackson don't really desire them at all during rush. I don't even really think chi o cares what tier people place them in.
