Both have lots of OOS. Girls here care more about appearances and trying to impress. ChiO was founded at ark so it's like KD here. Kappa there has all the Jerry Jones family and girls who will fly here on their private plane. They just don't feel the need to brag about it. I do think ark girls are more genuine. Sorry but it's true.

Other than chi o being founded in Arkansas, it is not a big deal at Arkansas . If you are from Arkansas or Texas or LA, you want Pi Phi or Kappa coming into recruitment.

This is true. Kappa is actually the top house then ChiO then PiPhi. ChiO is filled with a bunch of chapter legacies who didn't want to disappoint mom so their sisterhood isn't great.
