I actually think DG is basically top tier with DDD, KD and ChiO. Variable quota has made rush more challenging and has made it where anyone should be ecstatic if she received a bid from the top 4.

If DG can declare themselves top tier than everyone else can determine what a 'thing' is.

Then who declares any group top tier? What does it take to be top tier? Let's face it--it's all just a matter of opinion. No one wants anyone else to "move up." But the reality is that with the influx of OOS students and variable quota, there are at least 4 very exclusive sororities (if not more).
