not in a sorority.. still party

I'm assuming you're a freshman, so hang out in common areas and go to fraternity parties or knock in girls doors on your hall and ask them to go eat with you. It gets better when people get their own apartments. You can also always COB if you want

Not trying to tell you that you need to join a sorority (if you are a woman -- not sure), but if you want to, you should contact Panhellenic Office and tell them you are potentially interested in the COB process.
